New York Passive House needs people with experience and strong leadership to guide the association and address the need to expand passive house requirements to all buildings. Candidate Application & Election Timeline

• November 7, 2025: Applications are accepted until midnight.
• November 14, 2025: Candidate information is sent out to members, and electronic voting begins.
• Dec 1, 2025: Elections close.

The 2026–2028 Board Members will be announced in early December. Their three-year term will run from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028. The new Board will be formally introduced to the membership at the Annual Member Meeting in March 2026.
