Through our various practices, we’ve demonstrated that designing to the Passive House standard is financially and technically feasible, and provides tangible benefits that directly support New York’s goals to improve community health and resiliency, electrify buildings and infrastructure, and dramatically reduce the utility costs and carbon emissions associated with building operations.
